Menu Map Hierarchy

The dashboard gives you quick access to Income, Stock, and Personal heads with a search bar, profile controls, and a bottom navigation for Home, Inventory, Report, and Settings.

Tap any head to open the Daily Recording screen or use the Add Head tile to create a new head or map inventory.

Daily Recording Screen

The recording screen includes a head header with outstanding balance info, a category picker, pricing variant chips, party selection, and a main input card for quantity, unit, price, and notes. Inventory picker mode hides global fields when a mapped product is selected.

Attachments can be captured by camera or gallery, and the calendar allows multi-date batch entry so repeated records can be saved across several days at once.

Report Screen

Use the Reports tab for period selection, quadrant summaries for Income, Stock, Personal, and Parties, inventory status, trend graphs, and searchable head-level details. Export consolidated reports or share them as needed.

Settings & Maintenance

Settings lets you manage parties, tax profiles, backups, Google Drive sync, export/import, data merge, and safe purge of old records. App settings include pin lock, currency symbol, and theme color.

How to Use It

Set your profile branding in Settings first, then add heads for Stock, Income, and Personal tracking. Record transactions by selecting a head, entering quantity, price, and optional party, then save.

Use Pay Bill for outstanding balances, Partial or Advance payments, and build invoices from history for professional PDFs with your branding.

Data Safety

Regularly sync with Google Drive and use local encrypted backups. Purge old data safely to archive your history and keep the app responsive when large records accumulate.
